Igor Gabal, serves as President, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and director of the Company.Mr. Gabal has over 15 years of middle-market private equity investment experience primarily in real estate,industrial manufacturing, consumer packaged goods distribution or services operating industries. He hasinitiated and overseen add-on acquisitions, debt capital market issues for various companies and hasexperience and relationships with middle-market private equity firms, investment banks and debt financingsources.
Mr. Gabal has served as a board member and managing member for Guterman Partners Companies since 2009. Mr. Gabal’s transactional expertise allows him to oversee all a wide array of responsibilities, including, acquisition, capital structure, operations and management, financing and disposition.
Mr. Gabal is currently serving as a board member for Oxigenesis , Inc. the leader in Oxygen-enhanced health and wellness Company and Legacy Care Partners , Inc a Home Care, Hospice and AfterCare multi-state service Company.Mr. Gabal received his Bachelor degree from Lviv State University of Physical Culture in 1996, Bachelorof Science in Business Management degree from DeVry Institute in 2000 and undergraduate from KelloggSchool of Management, Northwestern University.
Mr. Moos currently manages the overall business operations which includes but is not limited to the following: Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Technical Oversight, R&D and Government Affairs of Veroni Brands Corp. , since establishing the company in August 2019.
Over the last 30+ years, Mr. Moos has accumulated C-level experience in diverse roles within very well established Fortune 1000 companies in the manufacturing sales sector. Prior to creating RRM, Mr. Moos was President & CEO of Oxigenesis, Inc. located in Paso Robles, California and was initially its VP of Business Development. Oxigenesis is a research and development company, its key ingredient Activated Stabilized Oxygen(ASO®) discovered in 1996 lead the way for many other proprietary product iterations.
Mr. Moos received his undergraduate degree with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications / Public Relations from Cal State University Fullerton, and a Certificate in Electro-mechanical Engineering from SMK Electronics Technical School, Tokyo Japan 1990-1992. In 2015, Mr. Moos completed a Master of Business Administration majoring in International Business and The Wharton School of Business, Certificate in HR Management & Analytics in 2020.
